Online Bookings

We take pride in providing you with the best and most efficient experience in your journey to personal growth. As such, and because we are a growing business, there are a few ways you can help us in making daily operations run smoother:

i) When booking your appointment, we encourage you to enquiry and schedule between 24-48 hours prior to the desired date of the session. This is applicable to both online and face to face sessions. You can request such booking through our Website, Instagram or WhatsApp, whichever the case, you will receive a message from us, confirming the appointment and guiding you through the next steps.

ii) Bookings are pre-paid and only confirmed after proof of payment is sent. If no proof of payment is shared by the customer, the booking cannot be confirmed.

iii) We are very big on being on time so our delay policy allows a 15 minute tolerance to appointments. Any delay longer than 15 minutes or no show will automatically grant cancellation of the session, with no reimbursement of the paid amount.

iv) We aim to provide a safe and judgment-free space for our clients as part of their healing process, so rest assured that all and any information or coaching material exchanged in any of our sessions will remain private and confidential, under the applicable laws in the Republic of Mozambique.
